Archives and Old Scholars

The Marist Regional College Archives collection dates from 1959 when the College first opened as St James Marist College.
The collection is of great historical and educational value to the College community. The many artefacts in the collection include documents, photographs, yearbooks, artworks, uniforms, textiles, audio-visual material and various other ephemera. Many items have been donated by people interested in the history and traditions of the College.

Today, Archives continues to collect and preserve historical material for future generations. Donations of any items for Archives are always welcome and every effort is made to assist researchers who would like to access material. As Archives is staffed on a part-time basis, researchers can contact the Archivist via email or through regular mail.

Old Scholars

The College has an Old Scholars Association that aims to help past students stay in contact with school friends.

There is also an Old Scholars Facebook page that promotes reunions and tours of the College. It can offer specific memories through publication of photos featuring old scholars and can provide a point of contact for past students.
