Term 1                  8th February - 21st May
Easter Break      2nd April returning 12th April

Mid-Term Break 16th July returning 20th July

  Time of excursions
Excursions are always in school hours unless a letter stating otherwise is sent home. Students will ALWAYS be back at the College in time to catch their normal bus/transport home.
  Late Students
Students who are late must sign the late book located at the front office.
  School absences
 Parents are to advise the College by phone on the day of absence and follow this up with a note/medical certificate to the class teacher to be brought to school on the student's return.
  Prolonged school absence
A letter should be directed to the Principal advising/requesting prolonged absence e.g. family holidays, sports teams.
  What to do about making an appointment with a teacher
Parent or caregiver is asked to ring the Front Office. The receptionist will give the name of the caller to the respective teacher, who will ring and make a mutually acceptable appointment time.
  Messages for students
Parents and caregivers may leave messages for their children at the Front Office. A message will be passed on to students at recess/lunchtime/after school.  Only if vitally important will the message be given during class time.
  Moderation days
 Unless the parents are notified by letter, students will still be required to attend school.

  Sick students
Students feeling sick at school MUST report to the front office where the staff will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, contact the parents/guardians for advice on treatment or to request the student be collected from school.  Students are NOT to leave school without informing the College office staff (because of legal/safety/fire regulations). Student must also sign the book before leaving the school.
